Autumn in Kazbegi vol.2

The church on the hill is filled with visitors. The over view of Kazbegi valley welcome the people who ascent to the peak. Wonderful, no word but wonderful. You can see glaciers with ascending 900m more from here. For the trekkers there is no boring things in Kazbegi. For me, that's enough. Coz I cannot walk anymore.

The rocky mountains on opposite is changing the texture feel as slanting light of the sun. The shadow of the hill where I am is gradually covering the Kazbegi village below my eyes.
At the time the last sun light on the day light the tip-top of the rocky mountain, I am in a yard of farmer's house in Gergeti village. A couple who has finished the day work is having a tea at a table as seeing mountains in orange light. A rich table indeed. I'm also served delicious ham and cheese. Nevertheless a lot of tourists pass by the village everyday, the people in Gergeti is pretty kind to them.

Because Kazbegi is in the mountains, October is little bit late for enjoying autumn leaves usually, I heard. However this year is warmer. I'm lucky.
Meanwhile, a heater in my room works in the night. Cold wind blow off apples on the front yard. A stray cat playing with them. Autumn is quickly passing by. Then Kazbegi gets enter the off-season in November.
Well, I must add some words. I saw a picture of Sameba Church which is stood in snow. It's quite impressive to me. So visiting Kazbegi in freezing winter can be another choice.
